FIRE KILLS ELDERLY WOMAN IN DENNIS TWP.

A three alarm fire took the life of an elderly woman Wednesday morning in Dennis Township. The woman lived alone in a single-family modular house on Woodbine-Ocean View Road in Dennis Township that was completely destroyed by the fire. The victims car was also burned in fire that was reported at about 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The Cape May County Medical Examiner’s office is working to positively identify the woman’s remains as officials investigate the cause of the blaze.
