FIRE DESTROYS HOME IN VINELAND OVER THE WEEKEND

Vineland fire officials were called to the scene of a stubborn fire that destroyed a single family home.  It happened shortly before midnight on Friday evening on West Sherman Avenue.  Authorities say the fire started in the rear of the home, and it took about an hour to get the blaze under control.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation; there were no injuries.
