FIRE BREAKS OUT AT CAMPGROUND IN MIDDLE TOWNSHIP

A fire took place at the Shellbay Campground on Thursday. Police and fire were called to the scene and the fire was promptly extinguished. The property that was damaged was a mobile home that was unoccupied. A neighbor, George Ruhl, tried to put out the fire with a garden hose and was taken to the Cape Regional Medical Center. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, but an investigation is on-going.
