Add Assemblyman Sam Fiocchi to the crowd of people who want to see a gas pipeline go the B.L. England Power Plant in Upper Township. Fiocchi is joining Senator Jeff Van Drew, Upper Township Mayor Richard Palumbo, and others who want to see the plant get the pipeline through the Pinelands. The power plant provides a tax base to Upper Township residents, provides jobs to the area, and some are concerned about the power grid if the plant were to go offline.
