FIOCCHI GETS ETHICS COMPLAINT THROWN OUT

An ethics panel dismissed a complaint against 1st District lawmaker Assemblyman Sam Fiocchi. The complaint suggested the Fiocchi improperly lobbied for a pipeline to the BL England plant. The complaint was signed because of a letter that Fiocchi sent out seeking for them to rally for the pipeline. The committee ended up deadlocked in a 7-7 vote and the pipeline has not moved forward.
