FINALLY, GOOD FINANCIAL NEWS FOR NEW JERSEY

There’s some good financial news to report for the state of New Jersey.  State officials believe New Jersey will collect nearly one billion additional dollars in tax revenue through June 2012.  The Office of Legislative Services has new projections that show New Jersey will collect about $913 million in additional tax revenues over the next year.  Experts believe this may ignite a new budget battle in Trenton as lawmakers haggle over how to spend the extra revenue.
