Paving is done on Bay Ave. in Ocean City and there is little that remains to do on the work. Cape May County Engineer Dale Foster says the contractor is finishing up the stripping and road markings. The final paving took place from 12th to 9th sts. The entire project began back in Sept. and began on 6th St. The work included paving, sidewalks, storm pipes and drains, and gutters.
