The final piece of legislation to help children with dyslexia was signed into law. Gov. Chris Christie put pen to paper in support of a measure that would require that school districts screen children for dyslexia and other reading disabilities at an early age, if they show signs of having a reading disability. Senator Jeff Van Drew was a sponsor of the measure. The bill came out of the dyslexia disabilities task force.
