FINAL COUNCIL MEETING FOR AVALON’S CHUCK COVINGTON

Wednesday was the final Borough Council meeting for Avalon’s Chuck Covington.  Covington wrapped up nearly three decades of public service with his final meeting on Wednesday.  Covington did not seek re-election; he will be replaced on Council by Sam Wierman.
