An attack at a graduation at Millville Memorial High School lead to an arrest in Millville. Police there say that Shayla A. Bassey grabbed another woman, punched her, and took out her hair extensions. Police say the alleged incident is believed to have been started because of a man both women know. Bassey was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct and released on a summons.
