Expect testimony is being given this week on whether a field sobriety test should be admissible in the Scott Golden trial. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Superior Court Judge Kyran Connor is hearing from witnesses this week on whether the test should be allowed in the trial. Golden is charged with aggravated manslaughter and drug charges, following the death of Craig Lozier.
