New Jersey residents who sustained damage from Superstorm Sandy now have even more places to get help. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has opened disaster recovery centers in Ocean and Union counties, bringing the total number of centers to 30. The FEMA recovery center in Cape May County is located in the basement of the main library building on Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House. Atlantic County has two FEMA centers, one at the Atlantic City Convention Center, and one next to the Hamilton Mall at 4403 Black Horse Pike, in Mays Landing. All centers are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except Bay Head) and will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
