The federal government says it will help New Jersey victims of Hurricane Sandy as long as necessary. Two cabinet officials attended an event in Middletown before the weekend and announced that the federal government will continue to assist with Hurricane Sandy victims as long as help is needed. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan both came to New Jersey to provide assurances. FEMA has about 3,000 workers currently in the Garden State.
