A bank robber who allegedly hit locations in New Jersey, New York, and Delaware was arrested by the FBI. Luis Alomar was captured by the FBI before the holiday. Federal authorities say he is wanted in at least 20 robberies. The FBI did not specifically say which New Jersey banks he is believed to have robbed.
