FATHER SUES ATLANTIC CITY OVER SON’S OCEAN DROWNING

A man who lost his adult son in a drowning incident in the ocean off Atlantic City two summers ago is now suing the city, saying his son should not have been allowed in the ocean.  Samuel Jackson Sr. alleges that Atlantic City should have erected barriers or some other structures to prevent swimmers from accessing the ocean off a jetty near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  21 year old Samuel Jackson Jr. drowned on July 27, 2013.
