Police in Bridgeton were justified in the fatal shooting of a crime suspect because the suspect pointed a loaded gun at officers before he was killed. An investigation showed 24 year old Darryl Fuqua was told be officers to stop and drop his loaded gun in an alley last year. Fuqua failed to follow commands and was shot to death by police.
