FAMILY FUED LEADS TO ARREST IN LOWER TOWNSHIP

A family disturbance in Lower Township has resulted in a local man being charged with burglary, simple assault, and other offenses.  Police say 28 year old Daniel A. Tomes Jr. of the Villas forced his way into a home located on Nevada Avenue and had a confrontation with a family member.  Police say Tomes was uninvited and assaulted a member of his family.  He was taken to the county jail on $50,000 cash bail.
