FAMILY BEGS COURT FOR CLOSURE OF A NORTH WILDWOOD BEACH

A family appeared before a Superior Court judge on Friday, begging the judge to close a section of North Wildwood beach where a family member died nearly five years ago.  The family of Brad Smith asked Judge Julio Mendez to close a section of beach where Smith died in July, 2012.  Sandra Smith is suing the city over the death of her husband and the near death of their seven year old daughter.
