A special ceremony to remember fallen police officers was held on Monday at the annual Cape May County Law Enforcement Memorial. About 200 uniformed officers, recruits, and members of the public assembled outside the Cape May County Police Academy for a program of speakers from local government and law enforcement. The program included a roll call of the fallen by cadets of the Cape May County Police Academy, a presentation of wreaths ceremony, and a 21-gun salute and taps provided by the United States Coast Guard Training Center.
