ABOUT FACE: PARADE GOES ON AS PLANNED IN OCEAN CITY

Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian has had a change of heart, and has decided to hold a Christmas parade after all.  Earlier this week, the city cancelled its annual parade due to a conflict.  Now, Gillian says the parade will go on as planned due to its history and tradition.  The parade steps off on December 5th at 6:30pm along Asbury Avenue; it was originally going to be held two days later.
