Gasoline prices are not expected to rise this summer. This concept is very different from the usual news motorists are expecting to hear. Gasoline experts are saying supply has never been higher and all signs point to the price at the pump going down. New Jersey is currently averaging $2.79 a gallon. These are just projections though, as months ago, analysts were expecting $3 gas this summer.
