Chances are your cell phone will ring at 2:18pm today. A presidential alert test message will be sent to hundreds of millions of cell phones throughout the country today as the Federal Emergency Management Agency tests a nationwide alert system. Another alert will be broadcast on radio and tv two minutes later.
