A 33 year-old man who escaped from Bayside Prison on Wednesday was captured by authorities less than two miles away from the jail. Josue Burgos,in prison since May of 2006 on robbery charges, was captured by Bayside Prison security forces at about 11:45 Wednesday night. Burgos had 18 months remaining on his sentence.
