An Egg Harbor Township man who disappeared on July 20th in a supposed boating accident, turned himself in to authorities. Andrew Biddle, 45, allegedly staged a boating accident off Longport to escape charges of theft and deception together with his employer. Biddle appeared in Atlantic County Superior Court on Thursday with his attorney to take responsibility for his actions. The judge gave Biddle 24 hours to post $50,000 bail cash or bond, or be placed in jail.
