EHT MAN EXCHANGES NUDE PHOTOS WITH MINORS ONLINE

A 54 year-old Egg Harbor Township man admitted to exchanging nude photos online with minors, according to a report in the EHT Current. Zackary McFerren pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to a charge of one count of possession of child pornography and one count of transferring obscene matter to a minor. McFerren was found to have multiple images of child pornography on his home computer last March and used social media to pose as a young girl to solicit nude photographs online. Sentencing for McFerren is set for July 21st, when he could face a maximum of 20 years in jail and a $500,000 fine.
