Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Burger King on Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township. Just before midnight on Wednesday, two employees in the parking lot were approached by a man with a handgun. He demanded money from the cash register, then fled the scene on Hingston Avenue with an unknown amount of cash. Police describe the suspect as a man in his 20’s with a dark complexion wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap.
