An Egg Harbor Township police officer discovered something his town didn’t need on Thanksgiving morning: A large sinkhole. The officer drove his police car into a big hole that developed early Thursday morning at Ninth and Beethoven streets in the city. Water service was shut off in the area, the officer was ok.
