EDWARD “BUTCH” TAYLOR, FORMER POLICE CHIEF, 73

Funeral services will be held Friday morning in Avalon for former Avalon Police chief Edward “Butch” Taylor who passed away Saturday morning at the age of 73.  Taylor served as the Chief of Police in Avalon for nine years before moving to the Cape May County Sheriff’s office where he retired earlier this year.
