EAGLES: VICK AT QB, BASKETT NOW AN EX-EAGLE AGAIN

The Philadelphia Eagles made some major new on Tuesday.  Besides the announcement that the Eagles changed their minds again and will start Michael Vick at quarterback, the Eagles also released veteran wide receiver Hank Baskett.  The Eagles cut Baskett so they could make room on their roster for running back Joique Bell.  Bell began the season with the Buffalo Bills, but was later cut.
