The Philadelphia Eagles made a splash in free agency on Tuesday by signing former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins to a three year contract. Jenkins will get over $16 million with the new deal. To make room on the roster, the Eagles cut veteran defensive back Patrick Chung.
