A traffic accident left a dump truck overturned on Tuesday morning. The New Jersey State Police say the incident took place on Interstate 195 west in the area of milepost 3.2 in Hamilton Township. Police say no one was hurt but all lanes of traffic were closed with vehicles having to get by on the shoulder.
