The trial of a Mays Landing man accused of drunk driving begins on Monday. William Liepe, 61, faces multiple charges, including vehicular homicide in a crash that killed a third-grader and paralyzed the boy’s best friend in April of 2011. Liepe faces 10 to 30 years in jail on the aggravated manslaughter charge alone, in addition to five to ten years on aggravated assault and vehicular homicide charges.
