A head on collision in Lower Township on Saturday was caused by a drunk driver. Lower Township Police say they charged Thomas J. Fox of Havertown, PA with drunk driving following a head on accident on Seashore Road near the Mitnick School on Saturday. Fox, and the occupants of the other vehicle involved in the accident, were all treated at an area hospital for injuries. Fox was charged with two counts of assault by auto and other offenses.
