A Wildwood man was taken in for possession of heroin and cocaine by police. This arrest was the conclusion of a cooperative investigation between the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, the Wildwood Police Department Detective Division, the DEA and members of the FBI Safe Streets Task Force. 37-year-old Kahyyam Gales was charged with Distribution of CDS, a crime of the 3rd degree, Possession of CDS, a crime of the 3rd degree, and Possession within Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of a School Zone, a crime of the 3rd degree. Bail was set for Gales at $120,000.
