A man who was found dead on the beach in Strathmere is determined to have died from a drowning. Jeffrey Radio, of Clayton, was found earlier this week on the beach in Strathmere. State Police say the investigation remains open and active. Radio was a former mayor of Clayton and a member of the local Board of Education. They have yet to rule on the manner of death, meaning whether it was accidental or not.
