DRIVER CHARGED WITH DWI FOLLOWING BAYSHORE RD. CRASH

Lower Township Police arrested a man they say was three times over the legal limit. Police were called to the intersection of Bayshore Rd. and Greenwood Aves., for the report of a motor vehicle accident. Dennis Yearicks, of the Villas, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The other driver, James Lepor, of the Villas, was said to be fine after the accident. Both drivers refused transportation to the hospital.
