Undocumented students may soon be eligible for in-state tuition rates. Gov. Chris Christie and Democrats have reached a deal to get the deal done. Christie is going to conditionally veto a part of the legislation that would also allowed those students to get financial aid. The two sides felt it was a fair compromise and were happy to get it done during a press conference Thursday.
