Two Commissioners were re-appointed to the Delaware River and Bay Authority on Wednesday. Swearing-in ceremonies were held at the Cape May Lewes Ferry terminal in Cape May for James N. Hogan of Franklinville, and Reverend Edward Dorn of Pedricktown. Hogan is Vice Chairman of the DRBA Commission and currently serves as the Gloucester County Clerk. Rev. Dorn has served as the pastor of the Second Baptist Church of Pedricktown for the past 35 years, and is active in many community and civic organizations.
