DON’T ATTACK THE SENDED: JUDGE SAYS TEXT MESSAGE SENDER CAN’T BE HELD LIABLE IN ACCIDENT

Are you responsible for accidents caused by your text messages? That was the question being answered inside of a New Jersey court. A ruling came down before the weekend saying that a woman couldn’t be sued for sending a text message that because of distracted driving, helped cause an accident. This is the first ruling in the state on this type of cause.
