It’s the end of the line for former Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay. Halladay is signing a one day contract with the Toronto Blue Jays and will retire as a Jay. Halladay spent the final four years of his career as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies and had major arm problems during his final season. Halladay won two Cy Young awards.
