Two toilet paper companies are offering their goods to Newark, after Mayor Cory Booker said the city needs to cut back on everything, including toilet papers. The city finds itself in a $180 million budget gap. Marcal Manufacturing and justtoiletpaper.com, have offered to send hundreds of rolls to Newark City Hall, so employees don’t have to bring their own supplies. The Star-Ledger reports that Marcal also plans on handing out 50,000 free rolls of toilet paper to city employees that show up to their tractor-trailer they are going to pull up in front of city hall with, as long as they show a city ID.
