DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST IN NORTH CAPE MAY

Lower Township Police made a domestic violence arrest. Police say they took Wallace A. Martino Jr. into custody. The victim told authorities that his  roommate struck him in the face during a verbal dispute, fracturing the victim’s jaw in two locations. Martino was placed in the Cape May County Jail on $100,000 bail.
