The pros and cons of allowing RV’s on the beaches of Wildwood continue to be discussed. The latest wrinkle comes from the Cape May County Department of Health, according to a report in the Wildwood Leader. The health department must grant their approval for the city to operate a campground and so far, no approvals have been granted. The original plan for the RV park was at the south end of Wildwood, near Cresse Avenue but the report says all the visible markers of the RV park have been removed from the area. Wildwood City commissioners remain hopeful that the RV park can still become a reality this year.
