DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN LEGALLY FACE CHAT AND DRIVE IN NEW JERSEY?

Technically, it is perfectly legal for you to Facetime or watch live streaming video while driving in New Jersey.  That is about to change.  Lawmakers in Trenton are attempting to close a loophole in the talking and texting driving laws in the Garden State.  A new proposed law would subject you to a $200 fine if you are caught using video on your phone or other device, while driving.
