Wildwood attorney Dave DeWeese told Coastal Broadcasting on Thursday that his former law partner was under investigation for more than a year by the FBI for alleged mortgage fraud. DeWeese told us that he cooperated with authorities during their investigation, and that his other partner, Ron Stagliano, has also been under investigation as well. DeWeese says in the report that he did not personally work on the real estate deals but his partners represented developers that he said involved buyers who were not qualified. Seth Fuscellaro was arrested in a Lower Township courtroom on Thursday; he also serves as the public defender in Middle Township.
