Middle Township has itself a new mayor and committeeman. Jeff DeVico was sworn into the Middle Township Committee on Monday night by Senator Jeff Van Drew. DeVico defeated Dan Lockwood to give the Democrats a 2-1 edge on the committee. As a result, during the reorganization meeting, Michael Clark was named the new mayor. Committeeman Tim Donohue is the lone Republican left on the committee.
