DEVELOPING: TEENS TRAPPED IN SAND HOLE ON TOMS RIVER BEACH

There is a developing story in Toms River Tuesday evening.  Emergency crews are on the beach trying to rescue a teenager who became stuck in a hole on the beach.  Teens dug a deep hole, and sand collapsed on them.  One teen was rescued, while another remained trapped in the hole.  This is a developing story.
