As of early Thursday afternoon, no vote on a plan to implement a 23-cent tax hike for gasoline to finance the Transportation Trust Fund. Senators in Trenton refused to vote on the measure despite bipartisan support and support from Governor Christie. Senators may come up with their own draft legislation.
