Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno was in South Jersey on Monday. She swore in Cape May County Freehold Vice Director Len Desiderio as president of the organization that is made up of the eight southern counties – Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Burlington, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem. The reorganization meeting took place in Sea Isle City, where Desiderio is also mayor.
