The Cape May County Freeholder board will reorganize on Thursday. Freeholder Len Desiderio will be sworn into another term on the board and is expected to be voted vice-director. The position of vice-director was vacated when Sue Sheppard stepped down from the board. The freeholder board will only have four members until the Cape May County Regular Republican organization fills the position later this month for the unexpired term.
